Why Purple Thread?
The name "Purple Thread Strategies" is inspired by Jenny Joseph's iconic poem "Warning," which celebrates the freedom and joy of embracing our authentic selves. In the poem, she imagines an older version of herself boldly wearing purple and a red hat that doesn't match, symbolizing a life lived unapologetically and on her own terms.
"When I am an old woman I shall wear purple
With a red hat which doesn't go, and doesn't suit me."
